Relaxing Day, Frozen Lake

Had a great sleep last night and Aimee woke up feeling much better. You know what that means…shopping. Aimee and Ann Ki went to go shopping at some of the stores here. She wanted to update her wardrobe with all the latest Norwegian fasions. So you know I steared clear of that like a tube of caviar, (they have that here you know). So what am I to do? All by myself. Hear that? Nothing. Big grin. Anyhow, I get suited up and head on out to the old frozen over lake. Yeah, they have several of those here in Norway and one that is walking distance from Ann Ki’s house. So I head up that way and took some pictures. I had never walked on water before, well there was that one time but I was being pulled by a boat, and it was very cool. There were at least 100 people out there today playing hockey, speed skating, and just having a good time. The sound that it makes when people are skating around is really pretty cool. I spent some time there and took some pictures. I SAW THE SUN TODAY!!! Very cool. I got several pictures of it.
The day was overall very relaxing. Not much to post about. |

(1. i am so glad that you got there safe. (2. i am glad that you both are feeling better. (3. HAPPY NEW YEAR! (4. it sounds like you two are having more than just fun, fun, fun. (5. James thank you for you wonderful bloging, as i read you blogs i am able to invision them and i feel as tho i am there. i show people your blogs and everyone laughs hard.

Hey what does “Farts dempere” mean in English? I’ve never seen butt cheeks on a street sign before, so I am curious.

ITS me JONEE/ Peeps - Hey Guys hope all is going good with you. Seems to be a good time so far from your webpage and I have a hundred Questions about Carlton ( James ) you should have done that funky little dance he does on the Fresh Prince. Well James all is going good at the office we miss you and we have had some crazy Rain that you missed. But dont worry Netsweet is working like Quickbooks used to - GREAT !! Dear Ones,
I was just going to ask if you thought of putting the sign’s translation for all of the “non-Norwegians” reading your blog…Travis, sorry to burst your bubble, but it mean’s speed bumps (i.e. bumps on the sign). Nevertheless, it never ceases to amuse the Americans in contact with Norway.
Love you guys and please give my love to all the gang in Krsand. Thanks again, James, this is quite hysterical — and so fresh to see Norway through ‘first time’ eyes again. Have fun!!!
